The Swift Group’s commitment to providing the best level of customer care in the industry, was recognised recently when the company won the Caravan Writers’ Guild Award for 2001 Touring Caravan Handbooks.
The company produces a comprehensive handbook and service/warranty documentation for its touring caravans, giving clear instructions on the operation of their products together with full details of servicing requirements.
Caravan Writers’ Guild Chairman Dave King presented the award to Swift Group Sales & Marketing Director Richard White at the Boat Caravan & Leisure Show at the NEC.

A great deal of time and effort goes into making our handbooks easy to understand and recently we launched a full internet based on-line spare parts and customer care service for our dealers to make sure our customers receive the best after sales service in the industry,” Swift Group Managing Director Tony Hailey commented.
