The Swift Group's stunning new Debut and Vendee holiday home ranges have been launched amid high hopes of setting new standards in the holiday home market.
The expert team behind these luxurious new six-berth homes believes the key to their success will be the sophisticated, contemporary design.
There are three models in both the Debut and Vendee ranges, all with a choice of two exterior colour schemes – sandstone and environmental green. All models are 12ft wide with two bedrooms and two models have en-suite facilities.
The interior of the Debut is light and airy – cream and beige with a splash of aubergine – set off perfectly by light woodgrain furniture finishes. The Vendee interior has a rich, cosy feel, which is complemented by the warm cherry woodgrain finish.
Both ranges are the epitome of quality and modern living from the stylish vaulted ceiling and designer light fittings down to the chassis, which has been galvanised to protect it from rusting and extend its life expectancy.
The Debut and Vendee holiday home ranges each contain three stunning layouts – 37ft. two-bed ensuite toilet (2B ET); 37ft. two-bed ensuite shower (2B ES) and the 35ft. two-bed (2B), a slightly more compact version of the other two and therefore able to fit on smaller sites.
Richard White, Swift Group Sales and Marketing Director, believes they have achieved their aim of making the Debut and Vendee feel like real holiday homes.
"There was a gap in the market for well-designed, modern holiday homes that offered better facilities than more conventional holiday homes," he said.
"I hope we will bring a fresh, new perspective to the holiday home market that will both excite existing holiday home owners and attract a whole new breed of people.

The exterior is made from ranchboard style profiled smooth aluminium and has a front roof overhang to provide sunshade and help protect open windows from rain.
